Mind you, we were waiting on a check for 40k from the insurance company, so all my wife and I were supposed to do was look at cars today, but the dealer made it seem like if we drove it off the lot today, we could simply pay for the vehicle in full once we received our check and we wouldn't have to worry about paying the interest. About 25 minutes goes by, my wife is practically in tears becasue we literally had to leave to go visit her grandfather before the worst happened, and that's when the deal started to change. Cherry (Finance manager) was rather persistent and told us that the hard work was done, and we would only be another 2-3 minutes, so we waited. We were very straight forward with the finance team, and let them know that my wife just received a phone call that her grandfather was dieing, and that we would have to leave and comeback with our insurance check from the car that was recently totalled. To make a short story long, my wife and I went car shopping here, and we were very pleased up until we went into the finance office. Mason (Sales Rep) is a great guy, he was very helpful and guided us to the exact car we wanted upon arrival.
